Welder Responsibilities
- Execute welding operations according to provided specifications, blueprints, and/or instructions, using ARG and TIG welding techniques
- Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Identify and address any defects or imperfections in the welds
- Work collaboratively with the welding team to complete projects on time and according to specifications. Able to communicate effectively to coordinate tasks and resolve any issues that arise
- At least 1 year of working experience with ARC and TIG welding techniques
- Relevant welding certifications are highly preferred
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Able to commit full time 5-6 days per week
CNC Programmer Responsibilities
- Read and interpret technical blueprints and design models
- Input product designs into Mastercam software
- Operate CNC milling and/or turning machines
- Choosing the correct cutting tools and machine settings for the desired product specifications
- Troubleshooting manufacturing issues
- Completing quality control tests during the manufacturing stage and on the final product
- Cleaning and maintaining CNC machines
- At least 3 years of working experience with Mastercam software and related machining tools
- Relevant CNC programming certifications are highly preferred
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Able to commit full time 5-6 days per week
Sales Representative Responsibilities
- Actively promote Inter Tech's welding and CNC machining services to potential customers
- Identify sales opportunities and follow up on leads to generate new projects
- Ensure customer satisfaction in design consultation proces
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain and follow up on customer relationships to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business
- Perform administrative tasks
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles
- Experience in a welding or industrial environment is a plus but not required
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
